As global commerce evolved, so did we. With the rise of cross-border e-commerce, we saw an opportunity to support small and medium-sized businesses entering the digital marketplace. To help these businesses scale, we developed an innovative ERP system tailored for cross-border e-commerce operators. This tool not only simplified the logistics of managing international sales but also empowered entrepreneurs with the data and training they needed to succeed in an increasingly competitive environment.
Our deep expertise in foreign trade, factory operations, and e-commerce gave us a unique insight into the needs of the market. In response, we made the strategic decision to establish our own dedicated foreign trade team, enabling us to build even stronger relationships with global suppliers and customers.
In a bold move to further diversify, Geanup acquired a carpet factory and entered the world of carpet manufacturing. This acquisition marked the beginning of our shift toward creating high-quality, uniquely designed rugs that cater to a global clientele. We also forged partnerships with other carpet factories, giving us access to a wider range of styles, materials, and manufacturing expertise.
With our combined expertise in foreign trade and manufacturing, we set our sights on developing a product line that offered both exceptional quality and distinctive designs. Our focus was clear: to deliver beautiful, functional rugs that could enhance any living or commercial space.
To reach a broader audience and provide seamless service to our growing international customer base, we launched the Geanup independent website. This online platform has become the central hub for our global operations, allowing us to offer a wide variety of rugs—including washable rugs, outdoor rugs, carpet tiles, and commercial rugs—directly to customers around the world. Through this platform, we are able to showcase our commitment to quality and craftsmanship, while also offering a user-friendly shopping experience.
